Reasonable Accomodations

Civil rights laws protect the rights of applicants and residents to equal treatment by Housing Providers.
It is the policy of William Penn Realty Group (WPRG) to comply with all Civil Rights laws in the leasing and operating of its properties.

WPRG shall not discriminate because of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, familial status or disability in the leasing, rental, occupancy, use or other disposition of housing or related facilities.

WPRG will provide a “reasonable accommodation or modification” to applicants and residents if they or a family member have a disability. A reasonable modification is a physical or structural change to the interior or exterior of a dwelling, or to common and public use areas, in order to afford a person with a disability full enjoyment of the premises. A reasonable accommodation is a change, exception, or adjustment to a rule, policy, practice or service that may be necessary for a person with a disability to have an equal opportunity to use and enjoy a dwelling, including public and common use spaces.

A resident or applicant is directed to make a written request for a reasonable accommodation or reasonable modification with the rental manager.
