The Logan Square neighborhood is centrally located between Market and Spring Garden Streets, running from the Schuylkill River to Broad Street in the Northwest section of Center City Philadelphia.

At the center of the neighborhood is Logan Square for which the neighborhood is named, one of William Penn’s original squares. Intersected by the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, the Logan Square neighborhood, serves as the location for numerous outdoor events including parades, concerts, and races.

Alongside a vibrant residential community within a variety of traditional townhomes and newer developments, Logan Square is known for its bounty of parks and museums, including Love Park and The Franklin Institute.
